U11 Hotel & SPA

В ванной было чисто, кровать была удобной. Очень удобное местоположение. В отеле нет персонала на месте (мы не видели никого) заселение и выселение происходили электронно.

Комнатка было маленького размера. Тяжело было найти парковочное место для машины.

It was clean and comfortable.

The spa was very basic with limited hours. The spa only had one sauna, one steam room and a pool and you had to pay extra. For 15 more we went to an amazing spa. There was zero access to coffee except from the vending machine which didn't work and no iron or steamer. Toiletries were just one scrub that was for shampoo, conditioner and body. It wasn't that much cheaper to accommodate for the absolute basic hotel that it was. We stayed because it was close to the fair grounds and we were at an event there, but nothing was around so we had to take a cab everywhere except the circle k for coffee. If you know ahead of time this is really a no frills hotel then it's ok, but nothing in the description, especially that it had a "spa" indicated to me that it was very basic. I assumed the price was based on proximity. I also didn't like that it was difficult to reach anyone with any kind of issue. Because I went through booking I messaged through the app, otherwise not sure what we would have done. There were no phones in the room either. The restaurant was also locked the entire time we were there. Tbh I'm not sure if actually exists. P

Good location and clean.

Very plain, no atmosphere.
