U11 Hotel & SPA

This was a new hotel.

This was my first self check in hotel, and I will always avoid these self check in hotels in the future. I couldn’t even get the hotel to order me a taxi, when I was there.

Huone oli siisti, sisäänkirjautuminen helppoa automaatilla. Yöllä hiljaista ja rauhallista. Toimiva perhehuone, johon oli yhdistetty kaksi huoneistoa.

Vedenkeittimen täyttäminen oli haastavaa matalasta hanasta. Astioita vain kaksi kahvikuppia ja lusikat.

Location is perfect for concerts, walking distance.

Missing lot of things: Online check-in form (to be sent before arrival) ​Kettle, tea, and coffee supplies ​Bottle/wine opener ​Kitchen utensils (including a knife) ​Small refrigerator ​Shoehorn ​Iron and ironing board ​Balcony chairs (2 per room)

Забронировать номер можно без проблем. Возникшие вопросы, можно решить по телефону. Расположение отеля удачное, можно передвигаться общественным транспортом. Недалеко от отеля находится самое красивое место в Таллинне барочный дворцово-парковый ансамбль парк Кадриорг, который основан в XVIII веке по приказу последнего царя всея Руси и первого всероссийского императора Петра I.

Чисто, аккуратно, недорого

Душ за занавеской (а не как на фото), матрас в середине продавлен (терпимо, но хотелось ровный)

It was clean, the room was large and the room lighting was really bright.

Booking in was a bit of a faff. I had to do it all myself, there was no staff, and much of it was information I’d already given them (or booking.com) It was 15mins taxi from town but taxis were great.
