Ocean Eden Bay - Adults Only - All inclusive

We had a wonderful stay and truly felt taken care of from the moment we arrived. Nadisha made our experience seamless—check-in was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made the stay even more special. We mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary, and she thoughtfully arranged a beautiful setup for us, which meant so much and made the occasion even more memorable. She was professional, and genuinely warm, and made sure we had everything we needed. The level of service stood out, and it made a real difference in how comfortable and relaxed we felt throughout our visit. Overall, a great experience, and we would absolutely return.

I have been to the Carribbean quite a few times to various different resorts and even levels of resorts. I would place this as a 4-ish star Carribbean resort which would be about a 3-star US resort. Here is a list of pros and cons: Pros: -Gorgeous location/weather -Proximity to beach with giant pool(in all the pictures) a short walk to beach -We had a massive room with a huge balcony and a gorgeous view of the ocean -minor issues with our room were quickly fixed by attentive staff -Bowling was free and fun as was lazy river as was the 11 pm+ discoteque. -"Kids side" accessible by adults but kids not on adults-side. This was seamless and easy. -Jamaican Jerk chicken and pork for lunch food truck setup is a highlight. -Coconuts and Pineapples are available to be cut up in front of you and served with your choice of alcohol- $8 per, but worth it and a nice touch. -We did not do off-site excursions but these seem well-facilitated by staff and we felt completely safe on resort at all times. Cons: -they are stingy with the "all inclusive" stuff. Food should be available by pool, but really is not. Sit down restaurants take forever, as do drinks/drink service. You get 2 beers and 2 waters and 2 sodas per day in your small fridge- no refills. Other all-inclusives you get a bottle or two or three of liquor for the room- nothing like that here. -there is a "Privilege" tier that for $80 more per day you get better alcohol in drinks and guaranteed beach chairs. Essentially gross low-end alcohol if you do not get this upgrade and no beach chairs to be found for the normies. -Pool chairs hard to come by for all. Claimed early in day and then nobody is in them. -Food is just average. Not terrible, but absolutely not special. Most Americans would be disappointed with the food- not the variety, but the actual taste/experience. -They say it is 30 minutes from the airport, but I have no clue why they say this as it is 25 miles and takes at least 45 minutes if not an hour. This resort is almost equidistant between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, one of the furthest resorts from Montego Bay airport. Summary: This resort should either be better or cheaper. For this price go elsewhere.

Great experience overall. The resort is so clean and with super attentive staff members. Terry-Ann made our beach time fabulous and Tyrese was a great butler. The Blue Moon restaurant was amazing! Anisha was so helpful at the privilege desk!

My experience was amazing thanks to Stacia at the Privilege Desk, Nazwa and Nicola (our Butlers), and Selena at the pool side privilege area. Phenomenal. They made my Birthday and Anniversary a trip to remember. We originally booked the Privilege Master Suite but ended up being upgraded to the Privilege Rooftop Penthouse due to a mistake on the checkout date. I must say they took care of every need. The Beach dinner on my Birthday was excellent from the servers to the food to the decorations. I will definitely be back! Thank you for all you did and keep up the excellent customer service.

I enjoyed my stay overall, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved. I would have appreciated more food options available at the adults-only pool. Additionally, I wasn’t aware that attending a two-hour timeshare presentation was part of the experience. Had I known in advance, I likely would have chosen a different resort.

We just returned last night from our stay, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Aside from a small issue with our door lock on the first day, everything went smoothly for the rest of our trip. If your main priority is a perfect beach, this may not be the ideal resort—but they truly make up for it with everything else they offer. There is so much to do, and it’s easy to stay entertained. We genuinely couldn’t find much to complain about. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and a few team members really stood out and made our stay extra special: * Kaci at the front desk * Wesley at the Hobie Cat * Shawn on the glass boat * Amanda server at the beach They all went above and beyond and made a lasting impression. Unfortunately, we did have one negative interaction with Shaneika at the front desk, who came across as quite rude/ disinterested during our stay. You may want to interact with another staff member when you go to the front desk. We would definitely recommend this resort and would consider returning in the future!
