The scenery is very luxurious, the staff was really good , we will definitely be back.

The room was great, it was even better being privileged we had 24 hrs room service along side butlers just some of the perks of being a privileged guest the view was amazing especially in the night time

My stay in the Privilege Room at Ocean Eden Bay was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean, with stunning views and premium amenities that made the experience feel truly luxurious. The Privilege service added an extra touch of comfort and exclusivity, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. From the relaxing atmosphere to the excellent dining options, every detail exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend the Privilege Room experience to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway

I love my room category, I have such a great experience, my butlers were so helpful . It was peaceful at night and fun at day. The room were clean all the time. The location was quite far but it was worthy it. I would definitely recommend this resort.

My stay at Ocean Eden Bay in Jamaica was an unforgettable experience overall. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and friendly service. The resort grounds were beautiful, well-maintained, and offered stunning ocean views that made every day feel like paradise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of activities. I especially enjoyed the variety of dining options available throughout the resort. The food was delicious, and there was something to satisfy every craving. The entertainment team kept guests engaged with fun activities during the day and lively shows in the evenings. The beach and pool areas were definite highlights of the trip. There were plenty of places to lounge, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful Jamaican weather. Most of the staff members were welcoming and worked hard to ensure guests had a memorable experience. While the overall experience exceeded my expectations and offered a great balance of relaxation, entertainment, and luxury, there was one significant disappointment. During my stay, I suffered a serious fall and needed medical assistance. I was surprised to learn that seeing the resort nurse cost $70, and the crutches offered required a $160 deposit plus a $30 daily rental fee. To make matters worse, the resort did not even have crutches that properly fit my height. When guests experience an injury, basic mobility assistance and access to medical care should be more reasonably priced and readily available. The costs felt excessive, especially given the circumstances. Unexpected emergencies can happen to anyone, and support services for injured guests should be handled with greater care and affordability. Despite this experience, I enjoyed many aspects of my stay and appreciate the efforts of the staff who made the vacation enjoyable. Ocean Eden Bay has many wonderful qualities, but I hope management reevaluates its policies regarding medical assistance and mobility accommodations. Doing so would greatly improve the experience for future guests and ensure that those facing unexpected injuries receive the support they need.
