Broom closet room. Staff just ok.

Rauhallinen ja siisti hotelli. Hyvä ja rauhallinen sijainti, lähellä kaunista jokirantaa. Kävellen kohteisiin. Aamupala ok.

Käytävät kaikuivat ja äänet kuului selvästi, mutta onneksi yöllä ei pahemmin kulkijoita ollut. Aamupalalla tarjoiltu kahvikoneen kahvi oli pahaa.

We appreciated the location. Anna at the breakfast buffet was wonderful and welcoming.

My request was to have a room with a balcony so that I could leave the doors open. Not able to do so for a few reasons. One, at night the bars on the street below are very crowded and noisy until 2am. In addition, there are people that stand outside the lobby and smoke and this floats up into the room. Also, there were many "facilities" issues in the room. Two of the three overhead lights in the bathroom did not work. and the makeup mirror continued to flash on and off regardless of pushing the on and off button. There were no tissues in the room and towels were few and very thin. No shampoo/lotion, etc. Very sparse. Also, they monitor the cooling/A/C in the rooms and I had to keep asking them to turn it down to be comfortable at night. Just seemed like many things were being done to cut costs at the expense of comfort to the guests.
