"Ok per dormire"

Visti i prezzi nella zona era accettabile per dormire. Cucina vecchiotta e rovinata, la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare e soprattutto le lenzuola non sono incluse, hanno chiesto di pagare un extra, ho chiesto 2 singole e una matrimoniale e mi hanno dato 3 singole (eravamo 4 ospiti). Quando mi sono accorta mi hanno detto che non hanno disponibili lenzuola matrimoniali e che avrei dovuto pagare un altro set. Ma perché non dirmelo quando ho prenotato e pagato le lenzuola??
