Leider waren die Betten sehr hart, Feuchtigkeit durch fehlende Lüftung im Badezimmer, Zimmer insgesamt spärlich eingerichtet und das Frühstück einfach.

The hotel is super cute, the room is big and had a terrace. Lovely garden with a nice view and lemon trees. If you want to escape the noise, this is the perfect place to do so. Close to the highest mountain of Madeira if you came to hike. Staff is very helpful and helped arranged the taxi.

No vegetables at the breakfast, not even tomatoes or cucumbers. We stayed 3 days and the room wasn’t cleaned once. We had to throw the garbage away ourselves three times. Also, no fresh towels were given, so we had to go and ask for them after two days.

Personnel composée d’une dame très gentille. Interlocuteurs électroniques très gentils également. Vue mer de la chambre très agréable et petit déjeuner fortement apprécié !

Чудовий готель, у який хочеться повертатися знову і знову. Особливе враження залишила затишна вітальня — це справжнє серце цього місця. М’які дивани, тепле освітлення та приємна атмосфера створюють ідеальні умови для відпочинку після насиченого дня. Тут приємно провести час із книгою, поспілкуватися або просто розслабитися з чашкою чаю. Відчувається домашній комфорт і увага до деталей, що робить перебування ще більш приємним. Окремо варто відзначити чудовий сад — тихий, доглянутий і дуже атмосферний. Це ідеальне місце для ранкової кави або вечірнього відпочинку серед зелені та квітів. Номери чисті та зручні, персонал дуже привітний і завжди готовий допомогти. Загалом — чудове місце для спокійного та комфортного відпочинку. Вже другий раз тут з групою друзів і нам подобається ця вілла: смачний сніданок, велика кухня для приготування їжі, казкова територія.

Excellent and very convenient location.

At the time of booking, the photos showed a bathroom with a bathtub and a heated towel rail, but after payment we found out that the room only had a shower. The bathroom was also cold and did not have the heated towel rail shown in the photos. Our son was unable to sleep comfortably because the extra bed was too short and seems suitable only for a small child. The dishes in the shared kitchen were dirty, so we could not make hot tea in the evening. No drinking water was provided, and it was not possible to buy water on the hotel premises late in the evening
