Unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Meine Partnerin ist vegan und das wurde für das Essen (Halbpension) problemlos berücksichtigt. Das Essen war auch ausgezeichnet. Das Onsen hat uns auch sehr gefallen.

A fantastic ryokan in Kurokawa Onsen. The facilities (i.e., onsens) are great, the breakfast and dinner are fantastic meals. This is a great location to rest, soak in hot water baths and take it a bit slower. One of us was pescatarian and the staff has done all necessary swaps in all meals.

Vi bodde här när det var relativt lågsäsong. Det var otroligt prisvärt för vad vi fick. Frukosten var fantastisk, personalen var otroligt professionell och uppmärksam, onsen på hotellet var också väldigt bra. Alla små detaljer gjorde att vi kände att det var ett lyxigt ställe vi bodde på, samtidigt som det var en väldigt lugn atmosfär. Jag skriver sällan recensioner men det här stället vill jag rekommendera till alla!

One of the best experience in a ryokan of my life. The stay is not expensive at all if we consider all the services they provide. If you are planning to stay a night in kurokawa onsen i would really recommend this ryokan, authentic and traditional experience. The staff is very kind and always ready to help, they even took me to the bus station the day after! The dinner and breakfast experience are a must! Staff will explain every dish in details and will guide you in a real culinary experience with fresh local flavour! Also amazing indoor and outdoor onsen!
