Black Sheep Motel Goulburn

Very clean, great kitchen, comfortable room, very friendly staff that went above and beyond to be helpful.

Some noise from surrounding properties but that can’t be helped. Rooms are a bit small but perfect for what I need.

Extremely hospitable guy at front desk, very informative & welcoming. He explained the kitchen & dining areas & then took me to my room. He even offered to collect my luggage from the car. The welcome was faultless, thank you.

Goulburn was bloody cold. I just couldn't warm up. Though I turned on the heating, I just couldn't warm up.

Friendly staff. Comfy bed.

No parking.

Good comfortable hotel

Rooms very small only negative if I had to find one.

It was small but all that you need when passing through. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. TV, mini fridge and wifi included were a bonus. It also had a little communal kitchen adjacent to the cul de sac of rooms. I think a breakfast was included however I didn't quite catch the managers introduction. Check in smooth and easy as was leaving keys the next morning in a box. Included toilet paper and soaps/shampoo/conditioner. Tea facilities in room but no milk. Even though door handle was a bit stuck, still felt safe. Quiet.

It was very draughty but heater helped a lot. Car parking is free but on the street -not on premises,so not as safe when car is loaded with a lot of your belongings. There was a weird window insert in the door which was not lockable. The outdoor lights stay on till late which is great if you're outside but if trying to go to sleep earlier, it shines through the window. Walls were quite marked and looked dirty. Bathroom and bedroom slat windows open onto a public laneway.
