kitchen tidy . enjoyed free breakfast was available. unit was clean . manager was very helpful and friendly

didn’t realise pet friendly. my fault . carpets smelt . you could tell a dog had been their the day before . wouldn’t booked if id known . could have asked for a different room but it was only a 1 night stay . I love dogs .

Comfortable bed and beautiful linen. Location to town. Exceptional friendly service.

It wasn't that we didn't like our room, just that it was very small but understanding due to age of the facility and compact property.

We booked at last minute & arrived late evening. Late check in instructions were clear & functional. Room was small (last one available) but comfy - and warm (a must for Goulburn!). Bed extremely comfortable, great shower. Proprietor helpful and polite. Breakfast was available but we were keen to get home so can't comment on that. Will stay again

Lack of variety of pillow heights

The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. It was a nice touch to provide milk in the fridge as well as shampoo and shower gel. It was a good place to stop off after a long drive.

The walls were very scuffed and dirty and the whole room could benefit from a new coat of paint. The bathroom window was more of a vent which could not be closed fully so this brought quick a cold draft into the room. The walls were incredibly so you could hear everything from the other rooms, even quiet conversations and this meant sleep was quite disrupted.

Staff was the nicest and place was very clean
