Margaritaville Vacation Club - Nashville

Excellent stay. Everytime we come to Nashville we stay here. Cathy went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. It was CMA FEST week so much busier than usual but overall the staff kept up and were very prompt with helping out with whatever you need

Fins bar was amazing! Mikayla was our server for the most part! She was so kind, quick with advice, good with recommendations! She made us feel like family the time we were up there. Nick, Jenna, and Patrick were also super kinda and friendly! Very knowledgeable when I didn’t know what to eat or drink. Michael was also exceptional and fun to talk to! Kathy was so sweet greeting us each time, telling us about the pool and offering us assistance! Because of this staff, we will stay at margartiville again! It made our short trip better! Also margariville is walk away from everything

Great location, great accommodations, great staff, great live music. We loved our stay. The staff made it extra special. This included Cathy, restaurant hostess, Joviel, restaurant server and Tori, the extremely helpful and informative concierge. Josh meet with us at the time share presentation and he was a pleasure too. We definitely want to come back!

If your staying in Nashville this is the best place. So accommodating and welcoming. The front desk were an absolute pleasure and made our stay a breeze. Informative with suggestions on where to go and just lots of fun! We were fortunate enough to be able to check in a little earlier too. Holding our bags before and after check in was no issue at all. Antonio was an absolute pleasure on desk as well as the rest of the staff. We already can’t wait to check back into the Margaritaville

Our experience at this resort was great. Front desk personnel Tim and Antonio were very helpful and courteous in explaining the resort amenities. Lindsey was helpful and very friendly in providing and explaining a map of the area. We had brunch at JWB and was warmly greeted by Cathy, who also took the time to check how things were going for us during our meal. Our server Toni was also friendly, helped us in explaining the menu choices and was very efficient! We will return for sure.

This specific property had so many issues that I can't recommend that someone choose this for their accommodations. The property did have that signature Margaritaville feel when you enter the hotel. I say that because it is in the middle of the city, so getting that vibe would be difficult. The rooms had a nice beach feel. The Fins Bar on the fourth floor by the pool was excellent, and the musician we heard there was outstanding. The room is not a suite, it is a room with a private bath, and a mini-kitchen. It does have a sitting area in the room. When you check in they remind you that the $50/night Valet parking is mandatory. This price is very unreasonable. They also tell you that there is a $95/cleaning fee, but they do not do a mid-visit cleaning. What is the cleaning fee for? On the day of arrival, I reported that there was a broken drawer in the closet, and that the toilet paper holder was loose from the wall. They asked permission to go in the room when we were not in there and that permission was granted. THEY NEVER CAME TO DO THE REPAIRS WHILE WE WERE THERE. The people at the "concierge desk" tried to get us to spend time for a "timeshare update" which we all know is a sales presentation. We told them no the first time they asked. That should have been enough. The bothered us several times. Next time I return to Nashville I would not return to this hotel. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Location is awesome. But $50 to park car overnight! Then a $95 “midweek “ cleaning fee which We did not use which was not mentioned until checkout. Watch out for fees with RCI. Fins bar had good music

People at this resort are extremely friendly and accommodating. I met a lady named kathy this morning that went over the top to teach me about Nashville. She cares about this hotel and the people that stay here! She also mentioned she has taken care of the pool since the resort opened. I loved this and the resort.

Location was great, a few blocks from Broadway. Live music in the hotel bars. Pool was relaxing. Staff catered to our needs.

Fins bar & pool area. Cathy, pool attendant, special thanks for filling us in on the best information for the pool area. Erica, you made us feel most welcome at the bar. Brian, you took care of us and made us feel good with your attention. The heated pool and fire pits are great features.
