Fig Tree Z Holiday Villas

The proximity to Fig Tree Beach makes it very easy to recommend this complex - less than 500m. It is in a quiet neighborhood, there is a supermarket closed by, and the main road with all the restaurants is also in a short walking distance. All rooms have working air conditioning that makes it easy to get away from the hot noon sun.

The kitchen could be better equipped, we missed a coffee machine and there was only one cooking knife that was quite dull. The living room couch has seen better days and it was a little bit dirty.

We went in June. Very nice clean comfortable place , with everything you need. We are booked in September for 3 weeks again ! They are very thoughtful, they left bread ,milk, jam and coffee for us in the fridge. It’s a very short walk to fig tree bay beach. There is a very nice taverna around the corner, called posedonio .

Best place, best location, 5 minutes walk to amazing fig tree beach. Protected and safe environment, quiet neighborhood. We were there for the second time and will definitely visit again.

I would like to recommend this house, especially for families. The location is perfect, very close to the one of most beautiful beaches on Cyprus. Host is very nice and welcoming. Big rooms, two bathrooms, we even had a welcome food, we did not have to run to the store for water and we could rest upon our arrival. Thank you.

Location 10/10, 5 minute walk to the Fig Tree Bay beach (where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas) 5 minute walk to the Rossos supermarket (90% of anything you might need from coal for the barbecue to diapers) 5 minute walk to Poseidonio restaurant (friendly staff, good food, reasonably priced and most importantly with a playground) 10 minute walk to the Protaras bar street (did not make much of a difference for us :) ) Staff was 10/10 They were quick to assist when we wanted to extend our booking. Our request for a baby chair was addressed shortly after we called to ask for one. The property is a 10/10 for a family with a 3 year old and a 8 months baby. We stayed at #5. You can hear some of the motorcycle traffic from the main street, and some music from neighboring properties but overall it was quiet and we were able to put the kids to bed without difficulties. The no cars on the premises policy is great. Safe for the kids to run freely outside as the main gate was kept closed. We had baby gates provided and they were a great addition to childproof the stairs. A/C worked with no issues Refrigerator worked with no issues. Stove and Oven worked with no issues. The kitchen is fully equiped to cook most meals. We realized how a toaster can make a difference when you want a quick breakfast. The complimentary bread, juice, jam and eggs were a really nice addition. The property offers a grill with skewers which we used a couple of times to do our own Souvlaki. Washing machine worked with no issues. Detergent available at the supermarket.

You can buy coal and matches from the supermarket but it was difficult to start the fire for the grill. Had to go on a firewood hunt to get some twigs and cardboard and then used the dustpan as a barbecue fan. Offering the consumables for a barbecue doesn't have to be complimentary, add it as a paid extra.

Location. Children can freely run around. No cars alowed in the resort.

There are to many cats, therefore not always smells nicely :( The couch was a bit broken.

The accommodation is well equipped and quite comfortable. It has a good terrace for breakfasts and dinners. We really enjoyed our stay. I would like to thank Nicole for fixing any troubles quickly and effectively

Having to share one bathroom among 6 ladies was quite challenging.
