The Wina Villa Seminyak

Kamar bawqh villa pengapp lembab gelap. Perlu penyegaran kamar mandi perlu d bersihlan stainless nya noda2. Tempat tidur masih OK. Bantal mungkin perlu ganti tdk nyaman. Sofa2 perlu pembersihan atau upgrading kainnya. Kitchen set perlu perbaikan. Ac semua masih bagus dingin. But for all villa perlu d upgrade sedikit supaya kesan lama nya menjadi lbh fresh.

We loved staying here. The staff really made our stay so much more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at The Wina Villa, seminyak. Kids enjoyed the pool so much. Great memories!

the rooms has to be more cleaned, vaccum under the sofa dressings tables as it was very dusty. the pool area should also be vaccumed and mop. toilets still had a strange odour after cleaned. there should be aroma diffuser or fragrance so the toilet and room smell better,the sofa near pool and living area also should cleaned fabric, sink area in living room too many ants. if this issues can be rectified..the stay would have been more pleasant.

Stayed 2 nights - Facilities have everything you need, clean and spacious. Breakfast was great and timely. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location of this property was good. Although if you want to go out using a car during busy time expect to take a while. Bikes tend to be quicker if you're brave. The night staff were very acccomodating when we thought we had to check out a day earlier and had already given our washing, they manage to rush it which we are very greatful for.

The biggest thing - is that we weren't told that the kitchen/lounge area is open up the top, so the mosquitos were so bad that we couldn't enjoy the living space at night, and with a baby it made it very difficult. On Multiple occasions we had trouble with the water, either the toilet wouldnt flush, we didnt have any water or there wasn't any hot water. For a premium price, i expected to at least be able to use the water when I needed it. The power cut out a few times and while I understand that this is a 3rd world country - I just feel that I have got better value from other accomodations at much cheaper prices. I wont be returning.

Beautiful location the pool had a view of a little rice paddy bed was super comfortable ant the people were beautiful and helpful

Upstairs shower didn't work. TV upstairs didn't work railing on the stairs was loose and shook when used.

Overall I can give a four star review. The villa is special, located near a quiet rice field which you can see inside your room. The service is also nice, there are many breakfast options for you to choose. However, maybe due to its old age, the property condition is not that good, you can see some signs of aging, as well as the cleanliness

On arrival there was a letter apologising for the noise from the construction work next door, and that it would cease at 6pm. Unfortunately the construction noise would continue until 11pm and sometimes later into the night each night I stayed. I spoke to the manager Eccha on the 28th of January to inform her, that because of the noise of the construction work I would be leaving the next day 29th January. My daughter Elise Campbell has tried to contact Bookings. Com previously, on at least 3 occasions, but has had no reply. Apparently the manager of Wina Villa Seminyak is awaiting for a response from Bookings. Com before a refund can be arranged. This has been my first ever journey out of Australia, and I was looking for a quiet relaxing time. My family and I have always used Bookings. Com when holidaying domestically in Australia and would like to continue, but I am sure you would understand that we may have concerns. Yours Sincerely Peter Campbell.
