The Wina Villa Seminyak

There is a full indoor kitchen at ground floor and has Ready hot and cold water for tea and coffee in the water dispenser. There is extra toilet at gnd floor.I like so much. There is good pool and great bedroom and indoor bathroom and bathroom have separate bathtub and shower cabin, toilet and two sinks, very good. Also there is a wifi each floor seperately and I think fast. Also if you want to massage; it is cheap and masseur does in your villa’s bedroom it’s so cool you can directly take shower no need to walk

We saw some insect at 2nd floor terrace near the pool and called to recepcion somebody came and took them. There is no bad thinks about the hotel.

The staff were nice and tried their best. The location is decent but the road right out front can get bogged with traffic.

WiFi didn’t work. I needed to work remotely part of the trip - couldn’t register the wifi upstairs and it went out downstairs while I was working. Staff efforts to “fix” the WiFi were unsuccessful. Ants everywhere in my bedroom and bathroom. Only after complaining for a week did they bring an insect guy. Their initial fix to clean up a giant stream of ants in the kitchen was to wipe them down and spray the counter with Glade air freshener. I’m sure you can guess how effective that was. I tried to be nice about requesting a change in my reservation and refund for the days I wouldn’t be staying - Booking was totally onboard, but the management fought me for a week on it before denying me. Partially ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.

We liked the facilities of the villa where they have provided almost all what we needed. The rooms and the other spaces are spacious. We loved the roof top pool with privacy guaranteed.

Loved the staff. Loved the breakfast and location. It is kinda in middle on Seminyak and Canguu but away from the noise. I opted for a spa in my room and it was just perfect after my long travel.

Can't think of anything besides maybe the water heating in the bathroom but that also was workable

I liked the layout of the villa and living spaces. Having a lounge/kitchen with air con and an open air living spaces gives options to how you want to chill in the villa. All the rooms are a good size including the bathroom. The pool is always a perfect temperature and a good size and depth. The location is great and perfectly situated so you don't hear any road noise. The view from the upper floor/pool area overlooks a nice field

The pillows were a bit too firm/fluffy. A lower profile pillow would be nice. With that the bed would be most comfortable. A shade sail over a part of the pool for the midday sun would be nice as there's no shade from after midday. The fridges in the villas I rented could use a defrost clean for the build up of ice, or just chip out the ice from the freezer compartment

The place is starting to get a bit run down. Cracked glass, Paint flaking/chipping away. Just feels like it needs a good spruce up.

Very spacious villa and private pool was amazing. We ordered the floating breakfast which was a special experience. The massage was done in the rooms and we even had express laundry service.

The aircon in upstairs bedroom wasn't working that well and the bathroom was steaming hot. There was water leaking at front door possibly from the aircon or pool. Central location but it was hard to find grab so we had to walk down to other streets to get alternative transport. Breakfast was usually late and I had to message front desk who came about an hour later than advised.
