Nicely designed, all the facilities worked well, good driving distance to nearby towns, the owner was very helpful even when we left items accidentally at the property

Would have been nice to have a pool in this heat.

Great support from Enrico the owner/ operator. Relaxed locale away from the main tourist areas. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great air conditioning and window covers. Great recommendations for places to eat. Use of push bikes to get to outlying areas ( Sirmione and Peschiera)

The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was nice with high quality toiletries. Easy self check-in. Free parking available on the street. There was a coffee maker, but milk sachets or portions would be nice to have as well. Host was helpful and kind and he let us stay after the checkout time as we were not in season (mid January), so they were not busy.

The apartment was cold on check in and took long to warm up. Sink and shower were part of the room interior and not separated by a door, the sink was leaking down a little bit. Breakfast was advertised on booking as available for a fee, however it was only served from spring to autumn. Needed some time to turn on the TV, you need to wait approx. 1 minute. There are two remotes and you don't know which is the one you need to use (instructions needed).

first of all the owner was very friendly and really helpful the apartment was clean, spacious, and new furniture.. we have 2 years old son the owner was very helpful to give us a key so the little guy can’t open the door 😆 we like the terrace and the breakfast is a must to try.. quite and safe i wish it is walkable to the city center..

We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 boys. The flat was clean, well decorated, quiet, very comfortable for a family, with new furniture and a modern bathroom. We were too busy to see everything around the lake, so we did not have the time to relax at the beautiful balcony or to have a drink viewing the sunset from the terrace. The location is great. Very close to restaurants and services. Although the housekeeping is paid extra, they changed the towels once. Would definitely choose it again!

Enrico was really nice and helpful. He helped with luggages, and everything else we needed. The accommodation was beautiful too.

Enrico really cares about you having a good time while you stay there. I asked him for a way to watch Wimbledon and even thoght I could not watch it on the room he found a place in twon where I could go an watch it.
