The location is pretty central

A lot of noise during the night, but the worst part is that you have really steep and thin stairs that are no showed on the pictures. I have to carry a really big suitcase for those stairs for 3 floors, it was really dangerous. When I arrived there was no key on the locker and I had to wait 30 minutes until the cleaning stuff handled it to me. Previous that I tried to talk to the owners but they don’t have WhatsApp, just a Swiss number that you can only communicate with a line phone.

Stairs to 4 floor without elevator and narrow stairs

location is good. 10mins walk from zurich hb and lots of food nearby. apartment were clean and comfortable for 5 people. theres also a fully equipped kitchen to cook and an oven for use.

no lift so you have to bring your luggage up to your rooms. steps were abit narrow and steep to carry the luggage up. No luggage storage provided so you have to store your luggage at the lockers in the train station.

Ruído insuportável todas as noites até às 4h da manhã vindo de dois bares por baixo dos apartamentos. Impossível dormir até perto dessa hora. Rudeza e falta de profissionalismo no atendimento. O check in só foi possível perto das 16:30 porque a limpeza não estava completa. Ficamos quase uma hora no exterior à espera. O contacto com a empresa para ser imediato tem de ser por telefone normal para contacto da rede Suíça (com preços exorbitantes para telemóveis não Suíços). Não têm WhatsApp e demoram imenso tempo a responder às mensagens via Booking.com

Very good place for staying a few days in Zurich, well located close to the principal train station and to the city centre.

Location

Upon arrival from Australia, our room was not ready and we waited until 5:30PM. I requested in the lead up to arriving that I will need the property at 3:00PM which was agreed.
