Location and nice amenities

There’s a couple things, but nothing to bad.

The location

The place was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. We had to vacuum ourselves right as we got in, because the carpets and floors were full of dust bunnies and dirt. There were hair in the bathroom and dirty dishes in the kitchen. We contacted the property manager but they didn’t do anything about our remarks. Also, the door was not marked and we knocked to another apartment by accident. Poor experience overall.

The location of the apartment is excellent.

The cleaning left a lot to be desired. On the face of it, things looked fine but when you look a little deeper the duplex wasn’t very clean, the shelf the dishes were on hadn’t been cleaned in I’m not sure how long, the toaster needs thrown out and replaced, the dishes (glasses specifically) were dirty, not sure when the last time the patio had been cleaned was and it does not look like the pictures, which is a shame as you could do a lot with the space. It lacked some essentials and as been mentioned in other reviews things like dish clothes and dish towels, dishwasher tablets etc were missing. The toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom also wasn’t screwed on meaning we couldn’t use. Although I loved the location, I wouldnt return to stay in this apartment.

Very well decorated, offers all amenities needed. Very centrally located.

The stairs are a bit hectic with suitcases. But Andres at the property is super helpful and his attention to detail is amazing. The property is new and clean. Excellent location. And well quipped room. Check in before you arrive to avoid delays, it’s all online.

Great location…friendly staff..great breakfast options, and quiet!
