門口的密碼以及搭車的乘車證，沒有在入住訊息說明清楚，基本上就是像民宿這樣，儲物櫃還需要另外付費。

A really spacious studio apartment. Free shuttle bus to and from Echigo yuzawa, and only a few minutes walk to Iwappara ski hill.

毎年利用しています。大人数でも泊まれる大きなお部屋がとてもありがたいです。

501号室のソファの汚れ、髪の毛が気になった。エレベーターが一機しかないのが残念。 荷物下ろす時だけは前に止めさせてほしい。

Self check-in was good for me. Room size is comfortable. Laundry room is convenient. Facilities for snowboard storage is available nicely, with table and screwdrivers to work on your bindings. Main parking area within reach infront of the apartment.

Elevator is slow and had to long wait during peak period. Bathroom sink has 2 different faucet, I just don't understand how a person would use this especially during winter where 1 gives inly cold waer and the other only gives hot water that could burn your hand. Usually it should be the mixer faucet for us to mix cold+hot water dispensed from 1 faucet. I love tatami mats, and in the unit looks like its a new mat, but after 1 day it starts giving us straw hay debris and always attached itself to your socks and pyjamas. Like u just got up from sitting down on grass field.
