Der Garten ist schön groß, die Wohnung geräumig. Es gibt eine private Terrasse mit Grill. Der Vermieter reagiert schnell und ist sehr freundlich. Lage in schönem ruhigen Viertel. Parkplatz vorhanden. Vermieter wohnt auch im Haus und war gut erreichbar.

Die Situation vor Ort entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. In der Beschreibung steht dass der Pool beheizt ist und die Wohnung Meerblick bietet. Der Pool war nicht beheizt. Angeblich hätten wir dem Vermieter anmelden sollen dass wir den Pool beheizt haben möchten. Der Pool war außerdem nicht sauber und sowohl im Bodenbereich als im Randbereich kaputt. Mosaikfliesen lagen lose am Poolboden. Keine sichere oder schöne Situation für Kinder. Der Meerblick war nur für Personen über 175 cm Körpergröße im Stehen gegeben. Die Liegen am Pool sehr alt und verschlissen. Treppen teilweise kaputt. In der Wohnung Zeichen von Schimmel an den Wänden. Der Vermieter war schnell bereit eine Stornierung mit Erstattung der Totalsumme zu akzeptieren.
