ホテルの方がみんな対応が良かった。 部屋や大浴場、ラウンジなどどこもきれいで過ごしやすかった。 お風呂が熱すぎた。

大浴場を、朝利用しましたが、ゴミ箱がティッシュであふれていて、 ティッシュの箱はからでした。 また、洗面台も髪の毛だらけでした。 部屋のバスも、髪の毛が最初からとられていなく、つまっていて、残念でした。 チェックインの際は、フロントに誰もいなく、お客さんが５組くらい並んでいたので、 こちらの対応も残念でした。
