"Séjour désastreux"

Nous ne sommes pas satisfait de notre séjour dans cet hôtel, qui a commencé par un parking (payant!) avec une pente tellement abrupte que cela a abimé notre pare-chocs (en montée et en descente). Puis un problème électrique dans notre chambre avec un réceptionniste nous disant qu'il arrive et nous ayant oublié (nous sommes redescendu après avoir attendu 30 minutes). De plus, dans notre chambre (la 208), il y avait un bruit sourd toutes les 8 minutes, jours et nuits, nous causant plusieurs réveils en sursaut. En partant, nous avons signalé ce problème et n'avons eu qu'un "désolé, merci au revoir" de la part d'un personnel débordé et non soucieux du bien être de ses clients. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement.

It's got Rouen Centre in the name but its a 40-50 minute walk away. Transport is limited and the bus/tram lines you can get require tickets. There are no ticket machines in the area lol.
