Location was the only good thing about this apartment.

On my booking it said in plain writing "free parking available". This in fact was a lie. This apartment does not have free parking. The staff were extremely slow at response on whattsapp and very rude over the phone when I called. They have now changed thier site to show no parking available but for us this is why we booked it for free safe parking. One evening I spent 45 minutes driving around trying to find a spot close to the apartment. The second thing which is terrible. They never let me know about a 150 euro deposit that has to be paid. They only let me know 5 days before the booking. If your travelling on a budget this can be a big hit and it takes 7 days to return to your account after you check out. I have still not received my money back. Third thing was the apartment was not clean. Marks all over the walls. The fridge was beat in. Cupboards falling apart. Forthcoming bad thing, the mod from the cleaner was no emptied properly and the smell of bleach was terrible when we arrived. Lastly, the beds are extremely uncomfortable and this is backed up by many other reviews. For 600 euro for 3 nights I would expect a lot better. If this was cheaper it would be fine but 200 a night is a lot of money for a shabby apartment, rude staff, and no parking.

The apartment is very modern, spacious with an excellent location. The apartment was very clean and equipped with all the necessities. The communication with the host via WhatsApp was excellent, we received clear instructions on key location and parking arrangements before arrival. Highly recommend!!

Apartment , location and parking very good

We were expected to check in on line before arrival and pay €150 deposit even though the account had been fully paid in advance. Told this via emails a few days before arriving. For a variety of reasons we were unable to do this on line transaction. So we had to agree to drive to the main owning hotel which was another 20 minutes each way from the apartment! We then discovered the deposit was not a misunderstanding and had to pay it with a guarantee from staff that it would be refunded within 2 weeks (text from hotel). It was actually refunded within a few days. The point is there seems no logic at all to having to pay a deposit since the whole bill had been prepaid. Also very inconvenient to have to drive 20 min through Alghero to get the keys.
