Olival 54 Apartments

Very central location. Clean property. We rented two units to accommodate our group of five people. Very nice host who issued the check in codes to us via the booking.com messaging platform the day before our arrival. The host also provided a list of top sites and places to eat which was appreciated. Small but very functional kitchen which we did not have the opportunity to use since we ate out for all meals since only there for three nights.

Comfortable bed in the main bedroom. The second bed option is a pull out sofa and while comfortable, it's still a pull out sofa mattress. Pick up from airport to the property was included however the driver was not inside as advertised with a sign with our name on it so it was difficult to track him down. Incidentally, we had the identical, unpleasant experience upon arrival in Barcelona on the earlier leg of our vacation.

The location is perfectly situated right in the middle of Porto Old Town, everything you need is less than a 5 minute walk away. Our host was really attentive, he suggested some great places to visit and was even kind enough to let us check in slightly earlier. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the view from the balcony is incredible.

Spacious, clean, quiet, ideally located - in easy walking distance of all sites and close to good bars and restaurants. The owners were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and a good bonus was that they stored our luggage on leaving as we had a late flight back. The keyless doors were great and communication with the owners excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your apartment.

I really liked that I did not need a key, but was able to use doorlock password. Also, the owner answered always very swiftly to my requests. Very kind! And I really liked having our own breakfast with coffee machine at our appartment with cute dishes they had (see attached phhoto!) as well! The location is in city center, and it's such a cute pretty holiday appartment. It definitely met my expectations! If I ever come back to Porto, I'll definitely visit here again! ;) Thank you again!

It was absolutely adorable. Clean with great location and views. Staff was attentive and very responsive. Lovely view over the Douro River and Bridges

It was on the 4th floor without an elevator

Fantastic location - near to everything yet quiet. Just two blocks and you are in the thick of tourism central but this street is the type you may randomly find on an explore. It felt almost local to us. Just great. Lovely little (very small but you can sit) balcony bathed in sun Provided a light weight blanket which was great with warm weather Could open windows in the bathroom and bedroom ; (Which are away from the street) for fresh air We loved the bed linen Immaculately clean Nice coffee pods

Minor issue - but bed was a double bed to fit side tables both side. Perhaps a Queen size could be considered. Didn’t detract from our stay really.

Great location. Perfect little balcony. Apt was clean. Host was helpful with ideas to do in the area.

Adérito was the perfect host from the start to the end of our holiday. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, bright and airy, well equipped and was in a perfect location, a lovely quiet street but easy walking distance to all main attractions. Adérito Provided us with detailed information on things to do and gave us some fabulous recommendations of traditional Portuguese home cooked food, literally minutes from the apartment. We will definitely be back and stay in these apartments again. Thank you everything exceeded our expectations.

Nothing all was perfect

The host was very quick to respond to our questions and gave us great information on what to do in Porto. The place was very comfortable and in a great location. Would definitely stay again.
