Adérito is an excellent host: he is always available and replies to messages very quickly, being a comforting but very discreet presence. The house is cozy, clean, and in a very nice neighborhood, located in a perfect location to explore the city. Our apartment also had a lovely view and all comforts.

Everything was amazing. The location was perfect.The apartment was so cozy, comfortable and clean. The balcony was super nice for my morning coffee. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation rental. I hope to visit again soon and have told everyone I know about this amazing rental in this spectacular city.

L'appartamento è funzionale curato in ogni dettaglio, pulito e centrale. In pochi minuti, a piedi, è possibile raggiungere ogni punto della città. Accanto al portone d'ingresso vi è un piccolo supermercato e nei pressi un forno pasticceria per la colazione oltre a locali, bar e ristoranti. Metro Sao Bento a 10 min a piedi. Il gestore è una persona davvero esemplare che ci ha assistito per ogni nostra esigenza con rara disponibilità e fornendoci numerose informazioni su ristoranti, punti d'interesse ed altro. Buona la disposizione del nostro appartamento che era posto al primo piano, la camera da letto ed il bagno affacciavano nel cavedio con due piccole finestre. Il soggiorno cucina, con i due balconi, affacciava su strada non molto trafficata.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable.

I can't say there was anything we didn't like. Perhaps a bit noisy because its.in a main road and we prefer fresh air to air conditioning so we keep the windows open.
