Air con did not work it was v hot and no fans were even provided which could have mitigated the situation small issue but it did make a difference had this occurred in summer it wiuld have been unbearable

Great location, clean and cool apartment, and helpful host! Will certainly be choice #1 when we return to Verona

The location is perfect--near the Duomo and the Piazza Erbe. There is a lovely cafe, Iginio Massari, two minutes walk away, perfect for morning coffee. Antonella and her husband were very kind and communicative, including coming out within the hour when I stupidly locked myself out of the flat. The flat itself is immaculately clean, the beds are comfortable and we had no trouble at all with the water pressure in the shower.

This apartment is in a great location - it's a 2-minute walk to the Piazza d'Erbe. The aircon worked well, and it was very clean. The host was responsive to messages.

Not sure why this apartment is so highly rated. It's very dark inside and the decor is dated and mismatched. The seating isn't very comfortable. The shower is terrible. We couldn't get the heat to come on until we also ran the bathroom tap. Even when it got hot, the pressure was almost non-existent. The owner said she would get this fixed after we left, but that didn't help us much and previous reviews indicate similar problems. Also, the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom which isn't ideal for someone staying on the sofabed. The aircon is in the living room and there isn't a unit in the bedroom, so you need to leave the bedroom door or it gets very warm

A wonderful place to stay to explore Verona. It had everything we needed, although we didn’t use the kitchen. It is right in the old town but on the edge of the busiest area so it really is the perfect position because it’s a bit quieter than some parts but within 2 minutes you’re in the thick of it. The check in process was very easy and handy that there is a lift in the building for getting bags in and out. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back in future.

Fantastic location, central without feeling touristy with some excellent restaurants & bars within a few minutes walk. Very spacious apartment with comfortable beds & effective aircon. Not fully accessible, but only a couple of steps up from the entrance lobby to the lift. The option to store luggage after checking out much appreciated.

Some practical information missing from the guest notes. Examples - hot water takes quite some time to come through; only a few of the electric sockets take a standard 2 pin plug. Inconvenient rather than problematic.
