"Nice family stopover in Boone"

Very good stay with a few missed points for our family. The good: Excellent staff who treated us like family, very good breakfast buffet in the morning, warm pool, clean room, easy parking The bad: The pool floor was dangerously slippery- whatever tile was being used did not have the correct anti-slip or traction properties of a typical pool. We did not have any accidents but beware if you have small kids like us. Only other issue observed was an inconsistent temperature in the room. I think this had more to do with the thermostat being across the room from the AC/heater which seemed to create uneven temperature areas across the space. Overall, this was an excellent visit with a few little things to tweak. We would definitely go back if in the area.

"Got to stay here!"

Great convenient location to town with excellent amenities and great staff. The breakfast bar was clean with an excellent choice. The waffle bar was even better. The room was perfect with a comfortable bed and well cleaned. Great overall stay!
