Teníamos muchas ganas de hospedarnos en este hotel, pero por un imprevisto de última hora no pudimos acudir. A pesar de ello, la atención y la gestión por parte del hotel fue excepcional. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos desde el primer momento, con una actitud comprensiva, profesional y muy humana. No siempre se encuentra este nivel de empatía y compromiso con el cliente. Sin duda, cuando tengamos la oportunidad, elegiremos este lugar para nuestra estancia.

Preis/Leistung sehr schlecht! Lage schlecht! Personal sehr unfreundlich!!! Ich kam mir vor als wäre ich der erste Gast gewesen, der übet Booking.com bei ihnen gebucht hatte. Die beiden waren völlig unkompetent und arrogant!!!
