SAThe location is very isolated, and taxis are extremely expensive to get anywhere. The staff will offer to drive you around, but only for an extra fee if they feel like doing so. Everything they provide is presented as if it is a courtesy service, and then you are surprised to find out that you have to pay for it, even when you did not ask for it. There is no bottled drinking water. They serve water from a well, which is not suitable for drinking. They do not change the bed sheets or blankets, and no one removes the trash during the entire five days we stayed there. The breakfast is very limited for two people, and if you ask for more, they seem unhappy about it. Unfortunately, I even found a cockroach in the food. When I complained, their response was that it was because we left the restaurant window open. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and unhygienic experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
There is also no assistance with luggage. No one helps carry bags up or down the stairs. If you ask for help with your luggage, or for any service while a staff member is resting, regardless of the time of day, you are met with obvious annoyance and often hear them sighing and saying "ugh" as if you are bothering them. Honestly, the level of hospitality was extremely poor. This was one of the worst experiences I have had, and I would strongly discourage anyone from staying here.

AEBrilliant location and the small river in front of the chalet made the experience memorable. The sound of flowing water at night is heavenly. The weather in this location is magical. The fireplace on the room was awesome. We took two different rooms and definitely the chalet on ground floor was much better. Hosts were lovely people, the lady made exquisite breakfast and even though don’t speak English at all, they were always polite and welcoming
