"Goed maar voor de prijs en de naam Hilton had ik net iets meer verwacht"

De faciliteiten waren oké. Personeel was aardig en behulpzaam

Er was kennelijk een probleem met betaling tussen Booking.com en het hotel. Daardoor werd de kamer pas beschikbaar gesteld als ik nogmaals betaalde en kreeg de boodschap dat ik dat zelf met Booking.com moest oplossen. Hier mijn mening over gegeven en uiteindelijk ging men er zelf achteraan echter zonder feedback te geven. Verder liep het afvoerputje in de douche niet door en liep de helft van het water uit de badkraan ipv uit de douchekop tijdens het douchen. Daarover heb ik overigens niet geklaagd bij de receptie. Personeel was behulpzaam maar ik kreeg niet de indruk dat ze beslissingsbevoegd waren.
