"breakfast not just for paying customers"

Would’ve been a great stay if guest services didn’t purposely look the other way playing on her phone while construction workers enter and deplete the entire breakfast set up. Daily thing apparently, free food for anyone and everyone

"By far this true hotel is the real meaning a home away from home Thanks to Pavan he made everything easy."

From the moment that I checked in Pavan was very professional. he made my trip even better. He told me about all of the mini that they have. He told me about the breakfast. He told me if I needed anything. He’s here till the morning and that’s very nice that he took time out to explain everything to me.

We just checked in to the Fort Mill Tru by Hilton, and the young lady who took care of us couldn't have been nicer. The room is clean as a whistle as always, and the beds are really comfortable. This is a semi-yearly stop for us between Florida and Western NY.
