تجربتي في هذا الفندق كانت سيئة جدًا ولا أنصح به إطلاقًا. أقمت لمدة ثلاثة أيام، وكان مستوى النظافة ضعيفًا، والحمامات سيئة، وخدمة الغرف غير مرضية، كما أن الإفطار عادي جدًا. الموظفون لم يكونوا بشوشين ولم يقدموا أي مساعدة تُذكر. في اليوم الثالث حدث عطل في دينمو الماء وتسبب في ضجيج شديد خلال منتصف الليل، وعند طلب إصلاح المشكلة أفاد مدير الفندق بعدم إمكانية حلها إلا في الصباح، وهو أمر غير مقبول تمامًا. للأسف كانت تجربة مخيبة للآمال. My experience at this hotel was very bad, and I do not recommend it at all. I stayed for three days, and the cleanliness level was poor, the bathrooms were in bad condition, room service was unsatisfactory, and the breakfast was very ordinary. The staff were not friendly and did not offer any meaningful assistance. On the third day, a water pump malfunctioned and caused loud noise in the middle of the night. When I asked for the issue to be fixed, the hotel manager said it could not be resolved until the morning, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Location and the art!

The size of the room we had- but over all it’s an old home so expect tight places.

A hidden gem in the midst of a busy street, walking distance from downtown, Beirut Souk, ABC Achrafieh, it combines modern living with old architecture, for Art lovers also it's full of lovely art pieces

Honestly, there is nothing to not like

A mix of art and nature. The rooms are designed so tastefully. Bathrooms are large. The cafe downstairs is tranquil. The location is central. Staff are so friendly

Nothing

colazione ottima, a la carte, sia internazionale sia libanese. Non abbiamo mai cenato quindi non posso giudicare la cucina. Posizione dell'hotel nel centralissimo quartiere cristiano, a 20 metri da una via ricca di locali e vita notturna (non rumorosa comunque). La villa in cui si trova l'hotel è un palazzo molto bello, unica pecca la pulizia... non proprio ottimale più che altro perché l'immobile necessiterebbe di un restyling. Direi che si merita 8 stelle su una scala fino a 10.

La pulizia, è l'unico aspetto negativo. Per il resto lo consiglio senza riserve.

الغرفة سيء لايوجد تلفزيون ولا ثلاجه والنافذة تطل على حائط باب الحمام مكسور والابجوره لاتعمل والبرادي خربانه ويوجب بواليع في الغرفة والمقع لايوجد واجها للفندق للشارع والسعر مبالغ فيه بالنسبة للمكان
