I like everything. Breakfast was excellent, the cleanliness of the hotel the location near by every store.

I didn’t like the way I was greeted by blond young girl who did the check in She was not very friendly and lacking communication skills. The other young lady doing the check out the next day was a very unpleasant experience also, she made me feel like I didn’t belong there. We also stay on Saturday 27th and check out the 28th and the elderly lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and funny very professional and the people in the kitchen was also friendly.

Breakfast was great, lots of different choices.

No bath mats for tub. I am 80 years old and I fell out of the tub. Water had gotten on floor and when I stepped out I slipped and fell on the floor and hit my back against the tub. Thank God it wasn't serious and I just have a very sore back. I was told by manager Rachelle that Hilton has rules against them. But they gave me one the next day.
