The breakfast staff and check in staff were very friendly. The property was very clean! The only thing I did not like were the air fresheners. Usually the home 2 suites smell really good. Personally I was not a fan of this particular scent and the smell was really strong and they were pushing them by the elevators. Other than that - Great Property - Great Stay!

Location

I was not able to enjoy the pool there were intoxicated persons, beer cans and trash all over the pool and jacuzzi and on tables and chairs so there was no place to sit it was very uncomfortable and they had a huge speaker playing extra loud music. My family and I felt very unsafe. I spoke with the front desk and she said that her supervisor observed it earlier and was ok with it! Other guests attempted to use the pool area as well but also ended up leaving. My first visit here and I’m very dissatisfied with customer service and not feeling safe.

The rooms were clean, the pool was great, and the lady at the front desk, Mary, is an absolute joy! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

To not fault of their own there was a huge power outage for about 12 hours. It would’ve been nice to be told or for them to at least have back up generator power but they didn’t. We had milk for our 8 month old in the fridge and sadly it went bad since there was no power. We have stayed there before so we know it’s a great place to stay and will stay there again in the future just really bummed out we had didn’t get breakfast Thursday morning and the power outage that affected the hotel. Would recommend getting back up generators for emergency power in case it happens again as the stairwells were also very dark
