Run! Avoid this place at all cost. It’s a new hotel but the issues are horrendous. The worst problem is the BRIGHT white light the flashes every 5 seconds during the night from the smoke alarm above the bed. When questioned, Staff said it is because of how the smoke alarm is wired and they get many complaints about it. It’s anxiety provoking and kept us up all night. We literally went to the store the next day to get eye masks so we could sleep better the following night. If you don’t mind feeling like you’re in a club with a strobe light all night, you’ll be fine. The fridge didn’t work so we had to put out food in the freezer. There’s NO cold water in the kitchen area or bathroom sinks. Never seen anything like this- only Luke warm water. We discussed our concerns to the manager who thankfully moved us to another room however we exchanged one problem for another as the door didn’t fully close leading to the hallway from our room. We had to manually lift the door up using the handle to get the door secure/closed. Long hair was on the shampoo bottle and the conditioner bottle they provide was completely empty. The baseboard was falling off from the wall in our room and there’s a lamp shade missing. Truly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. It was literally one problem after another.

Don’t stay here if you want a good night’s sleep. Directly above your bed is a smoke detector that flashes a bright green light every 10 seconds. Once you turn everything out to go to sleep this bright green strobe of a light will ruin your night. I called the front desk and the attendant knew exactly what I was referring to and stated there was nothing they could do about it. In fact there is. They can replace these smoke detectors with units that don’t ruin your night. Also, the shower was dirty. The trash can had a coke can from the previous occupant. I was downgraded from a suite to a regular room due to a leak in my original room without any price reduction or compensation. A minor complaint but the dishwasher was full of dishes from the previous occupant so when I needed a spoon I had to dig through the dishwasher to find one. It just seems logical that housekeeping would put dishes away before the next person moves into a room. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Room smelt revolting! Had a family and staff was not helpful to change rooms as wanted to put us in a room that had only one bed which didn’t work. Wouldn’t honor their “if not happy your nights free”

The property is super clean. The employees are very polite. Pool is great and the exercise room is very well equipped

Our room 428 was good overall, but the floor in the bedroom had soft spots. The ring around the shower mixing valve was installed wrong, hot was cold, and the other way around. The breakfast was lacking could have been better

Will stay there again.

I have stayed at this property several times and it has been great each time. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The property is always clean. The pool was closed but they had made arrangements with the property across the parking lot for guests to be able to swim in their pool. This will always be my go to property.
