The staff was very friendly upon check in. They had great knowledge of the island and places.

Staff was wonderful, quiet room, very clean and updated room. we will be back!

Close the ferry and walking distance to pretty much everything!

Very comfortable room in an ideal location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff were very helpful and nice. There are about 10 steps to reach the rooms. The room at night was not dark due to the outdoor lighting. It would be beneficial if room darkening curtains were added. The hotel is across the street from Shepler’s, which was convenient.

Check in was a breeze! We arrived to the island earlier than expected and were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we got lunch. The location is perfect; just across from the ferry dock. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is just steps away from the main road with all its shops. The room was very spacious.

Pontiac Lodge is a nice, affordable, well-located place to stay. It's clean, very spacious, and hearing the clip-clopping of the horses as you wake in the morning is lovely. It's neither modern nor flashy, so go elsewhere for that, but I'd stay again.

The bed was uncomfortable. Mechanical noises woke us up. No window which is a safety hazard. Coffee was awful. On a good note the room was clean and free from bed bugs. Room 29
