La gente que hace el aseo muy educada

La calefacción no la prenden por que dicen que es verano, sin embargo estos días han hecho hasta 10 grados, al parecer es una política de la cadena en la ciudad, ya que en Diciembre tuve el mismo problema en la otra sucursal Al realizar el reclamo a la señorita Daniela Gaete, esta fue bastante displicente en su trato y respuesta. La verdad es que DA ha bajado mucho su calidad de atención a pasajeros de un tiempo a esta parte. No lo recomiendo y no volveré (todos los meses uso sus hoteles a lo largo del país, cosa que no volverá a suceder)
