"Horrible will never book this hotel again and nobody else should unless you want them to charge you for a room you never"

Nothing

I booked a room for my friend so she wouldnโ€™t have to drive home because she had been drinking When our uber got us there the lady up front said she didnโ€™t have a room for us. I had a confirmation number and everything. She was not helpful just basically told us to leave. And we ended up driving home for a hour and a half and was still charged almost 500 dollars and didnโ€™t even get to stay. Pathetic 5
