Nothing at all

I have Multiple Sclerosis no one told me I had to park on the third floor of the parking structure,there was no bell hop I had to unload my luggage and take it to my room park my car and then try to walk back to my room.what is wrong with you people.zI am handicapped f I new all this I would have went else where.Do you know what it is like being disabled and go thru all that.You people are awful.Not ADA compliant at all.You will here from me or my attorney soon.

"Brittany is the worst desk clerk"

Don’t stay here the staff especially Brittany the evening desk clerk has no customer service no compassion and doesn’t care I am Hilton honors and I will stay here ever again You have to park you’re car in a garage behind the building then you have to go back to your car to put the sticker ion your there is no signage telling you where to park
