"에어컨 고장 대처 미흡"

에어컨 작동이 안 되어 불편한데도 계속 호텔측 입장맛 주장하고 기다려보라고 한 뒤 뒤늦게 방을 교체해 주어 몹시 불쾌했습니다.

"대 만족 호텔입니다."

댓글에 방음이 되지않고, 담배냄새가 심하게 베어있다고 해서 망설였는데 아침식사가 좋다고 해서 결정했다. 그런데 디럭스룸이어서인지 조용하고 깨끗하고 금연구역이었다. 가격대비 너무 훌륭하였다. 다음에 방문하고 싶은 호텔이다.
