Everything was great location accommodation comfort size … highly recommend.

For a 6 night stay I think 2 rolls of toilet later and no shampoo and conditioner wasn’t great but everything else was amazing.

So..on arrival...looks can be deceiving. We very easily found the address after parking our car in a carpark near by ( FYI..parking is expensive in Thessaloniki). On first impressions the entrance isn't inviting. Neither is the one lift that is working. However once you open the door to the apartment you will be pleasantly surprised. The whole place is brand spanking new and it is great. It has everything that you need including a washing machine (happy days). A balcony. Being on the very fashionable Tsimiski is absolutely perfect. Location Location. Close to the waterfront. Close to groovy shopping, cafes, bars,restaurants and more. LOVE IT! Would I stay there again? Hell YES 😍

Modern, clean, air-conditioned apartment in a really excellent location - we were able to explore Thessaloniki on foot without needing bus or taxi. Seventh floor position means air cleaner, noise less (and double glazing reduces traffic noise further. Would like to stay here again.

The place is lovely and perfectly located near the sea. The kitchen area is very spacious, perfect for meal preparation and eating.

Bathroom seems bigger in the pictures, in reality the shower is really tiny. The area is also quite loud, you need to close the windows in order to spend time and sleep peacefully.

location and quality of renovation

with one word : stinginess( ΓΥΦΤΙΑ). 2 toilet papers for 4 days, no wine glasses , no salt pepper etc in the kitchen , no kitchen paper , poor quality of towels , no vanity kits in bathrooms , main door was close to broken and we feared for our security no working batteries in the tv controls and ac (!!!!) walls need painting asap, very poor quality and malfunctioning TV windows were open when we arrived and we had to eliminate more than 10 mosquitoes at 12 am being tired since no window nets are installed Maintenance and service needs a lot of improvement
