Staff was nice

There was hair on the bathroom wall. Like you know when women wash their hair and your hair falls out and you just leave it on the wall to later pick it up? someone's blond hair was all over this wall. They don't clean these rooms just some wiping surfaces for appearances. Manager said oh well that is too bad lol Anyway would not recommend this place disgusting

While we stayed at this hotel with our daughter and granddaughter the front desk help Gina was so helpful. She made us laugh and made us feel like family. She was so awesome. And Sue at breakfast knows how to cook. My husband enjoyed his meal. We stayed with our daughter LaShonda Chambers. We will definitely be back to that hotel again. My first trip in years to Des Moines and it was so enjoyable thanks to these 2 ladies. And the coffee was awesome .

Sue in the morning breakfast area was so kind and helpful. I watched her reach out to several people who looked like they needed help to guide and assist them. She talked with everyone in a kind and respectful way and went out of her way to get people food even when the time was a minute to ending- she made people feel loved and was a bright spot in my morning. Thank you Sue!

We visited for my daughter’s soccer tournament and enjoyed our stay. In particular, I want to call out what a great employee you have in Andrea. When I went to check out, she was on the phone trying to navigate a challenging situation, but as soon as she got off she was personable and professional as if I was the most important person around. She was equally pleasant to everyone else who came to the counter. Huge kudos to her for remaining so positive outwardly despite managing difficult things internally. Every hotel should have an Andrea!
