Nice stop while traveling through. Comfy beds and seating. Low traffic noise, if any. Convenient to restaurants. Only 4 stars because IH20 is under unbearable construction.
USI’ve stayed at this property before, including a recent three-week visit, but unfortunately this will be my last time. Housekeeping was inconsistent at best. The room often went more than three days without any service, and when someone did come, it was usually just to replace towels. The condition of the room was also disappointing as there was mold in the shower, broken tiles, a leaking shower head, and dirty carpet. A major issue occurred when I was mistakenly checked out while all of my belongings were still in the room. No one contacted me to confirm or explain what happened. I was forced to check in again, which took about 20 minutes due to system issues caused by the error. Because of this, I lost my long-term stay rate and was told to contact Shannon to fix it. I left multiple messages but never received a call back. I was also charged $3 per day for parking, while a colleague staying at the same property was not charged at all. Over three weeks, that adds up. On top of that, after the mistaken checkout, my room rate was changed daily without any notice. With no resolution to the billing issues and no response from management, I decided to check out early. Trying to get answers either in person or by phone during work hours was extremely frustrating. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and poorly managed.
