Number 1 complaint is breakfast ended WAY TOO EARLY. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't go until 10 am. Every day i went down, the place was crazy busy at 8:30, it was packed. You surely could stay open later and be busy. Conversaly there were few people there at 6 am, but i do belive you need to be open that early for travelers. Next i was only mad once that a maid threw away a carry bag i had out, it had stuff in it, like culterly, napkins and condiments, so i dn't know why she tossed it. Also, i had spilled coffee on a shirt sleeve and had it in the sink to wash it, just the sleeve. When i came home that night the shirt was bundled up and completely wet. So that was also qeustionable. Other than that, i had service on 5 of the 10 days i was there and everything other than the 2 things mentioned, was great. cleaned up well, got new towels when needed and they ran the dishwasher which i didn't expect but was appreciated. The pool hours were the best. Glad you keep it open late. To be honest i have stayed a few places that stayed oepn until 11 or even 12, so would have liked 11 better. Overall a beautiful hotel, lovely pool, food at bar was excellent. Room was big, price was compettive and will probably stay there again next time in town.

It was awesome, clean and peaceful

This hotel was very beautiful. It is brand new, so it is spotlessly clean. The pool is spectacular and my 11 year-old son really enjoyed going down the waterslide. There is a nice café./ bar next to the pool that you can get basic burgers and salads from until pretty late at night. The breakfast is good, but it ends at 9 o’clock, so that was a bit of a bummer because my family likes to stay up late to watch a movie and then sleep in. We took the shuttle bus to the Magic Kingdom in the morning, but that was not the best experience. The shuttle bus arrived half an hour late and when it did arrive, it was incredibly packed. All of the seats were taken, and so about 30 people were jammed into the aisle having to stand for the whole 20 minute trip. I didn’t feel like this was safe because we had to go along streets at fast speeds without any seatbelts. Because of this, I chose to take an Uber back from Disney World to the hotel, rather than risk taking the shuttle bus again.

We really enjoyed our stay except for a couple things. The bed was hard and the shuttle service to the parks was very limited.The breakfast food was good but the bar food was burnt and greasy.

Nice spot for family and a lot of food options infront of hotel

Didn't realize all the things around the hotel, i was at business meeting 9-6 the first 6 days there, taking an uber everywhere. Realized too late there were a few nice shops around, i would have gone to. Disney was really close, but wife wanted to got to Univeral which I didn't realize was a lot farther away, Sea world as well was farther away. If i come back there i'll just go to disney. My main complaint was breakfast was too early, it ended at 9. At 8;30 the place was a madhouse and it took 1/2 hour just to get my food, waiting in line. They HAVE TO KEEP IT OPEN UNTIL 10. Just common sense. I lose an hour of sleep every night having to get up at 8:30 to come down to wait in line and not eat untul after 9 anyway. Also For some reason the maid service threw some bags of mine away for no reason. Overall, it's a great place with reasonable price and plenty of features. Pool was the best, big, had a slide and open late. Would have liked it open a little later, we got home late a few times and got kicked out at 10, 11 would be better. I'll most likely come back.
