St. Davids Cross Hotel

Just returned from a fab weekend at the St Davids Cross Hotel. Rooms were spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable, the continental breakfast was very much appreciated and tasty with lots of choice. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Beds - Awful hard and painful.

Breakfast was slow to arrive!

Location was excellent, parking was available, room was lovely, bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and we added dinner which was very good and my gluten free issues were carefully dealt with.

Very friendly, welcoming and comfortable hotel. The quality of the breakfast menu was great. The room was excellent. The en suite was particularly good, as it had window (and therefore natural light) and also a bath in addition to the shower, which added a touch of luxury. The location was fantastic, being right in the centre of St Davids - great atmosphere, plus accessible to everything.

Although the breakfast quality was very good, on two of the four mornings of our stay it took a long time to arrive after we ordered - on one of the mornings, it took 40 minutes. Also, some items were missing from the breakfasts that we chose ie. an egg one day and a hash brown on another day....however, this was sorted quickly when we mentioned it to the staff. There was no decaf tea or coffee available in the bedroom - this should be on offer, as many people prefer decaf options these days.

As a single women travelling alone, i felt very comfortable at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the food was great and the room and bed very comfortable.
