La limpieza en general del sitio.

No hay control sobre los vehículos mal aparcados. Llamé varias veces por problemas en relación a esto, dijeron que mandarían a alguien y nunca llegaron.

L'emplacement

Les bungalows "bora" a 1400 euros la semaines de lantaille d'une boîte d'allumettes ! Matelas à ressors pas confortable, peut même pas circuler autour du lit! Manque de la vaisselle pas assez de verres pas de couteau pas de casserole taille moyenne que une toute petite..

Super tout était niquel ! 🙂

Le personnel de la réception es très agréable

Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité du mobilhome, il n’y a pas de hamac, le mobilhome est très petit, on peut à peine circuler dedans, le ménage était bof à notre arrivée (cheveux dans la douche, vaisselle sale, poussière et cheveux sur le sol,…). Aucune climatisation comme prévu,… vraiment déçu du prix payer pour ce qu’on a vu en arrivant qui n’avait vraiment rien à voir avec les photos. On était pas les seuls à s’en plaindre quand on en parlait à nos voisins autour de nous. La piscine es sale,… bcp de négatifs

We had an a/c bungalow. The only issue we had was the shower leaked. But it was reported and a man came to try and fix right away. The swimming pool, splash zones were great for the kids daytime entertainment all good would have loved to try the pool bikes Night time entertainment was too late for the kids but they loved their first abroad holiday and the staff were so friendly and understanding and the kids loved the ice cream and pizzas!

The pool was nice. But found the Camp Restaurant very expensive like 2 smoothies and 2 ice creams 17Euro which I thought was very dear . Mini Disco at 8pm never happened while we were there as it Euro soccer time The staff was ok some friendly and some moody.

not much for kids to do there. Only the Pool and slides could be updated. This campsite was nice but kids over 12 not much for them to do

Fantastic family holiday. Staff are super and very helpful. We arrived around midnight so the reception was closed but a night porter had our key and brought us to our accommodation. Our accommodation was spotless, even had a complimentary bottle of red wine but no bottle opener :( The following morning we noticed the gas was empty but within 5 mins of us letting reception know, it was replaced. We also rented the towels which again were dropped off to us within a few minutes. Lots of sunbeds and parasols around the pools along with activities throughout the day to keep both kids and adults entertained. Entertainment staff are fluent in Spanish, English and French catering for majority of guests. Bar and restaurant is very good serving ice creams/ice pops/coffees/alcohol/chips/pizzas/burgers etc. Prices are average. Night time entertainment was ok - karaoke/mini disco/live band. It starts late so young kiddies mightn't last the night! It finishes at midnight. Taxi from Girona Airport to campsite for us was €60 for 2 adults 2 children but there is a bus from airport to Lloret de Mar station but you'll need to take another local bus from the station to the campsite (literally 5 min journey and €2.60 pp). Supermarkets is a stones through away from the campsite so very handy to stock up on your essentials. Beach is a good 10-15 min walk but worth it, waves were fab, the sand is very gritty so I'd suggest renting a bed (€8 each)

There is two roads in the campsite that lead to your accommodation. The one we were on is steep so just to note that if you have a buggy/wheelchair dependent/unsteady on your feet, you are aware of this. It's manageable, we had a 3 year old and we stuck her in the buggy to hurry her along!! The double bed in our accommodation wasn't the best. It was a fold out camp bed but after a busy day and a few vinos/beers and it was lights out goodnight lol!! Kids beds were more comfortable.
