"I expected more for what I paid."

Location was good. Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good.

The $75 pet fee was ridiculous! I’ve stayed a few times elsewhere and the fee was only $25 every time. This pet fee was not advertised on the website and I wasn’t informed of the amount until I checked in and it was too inconvenient to explore elsewhere. I also was not told how to operate the elevator (room key was needed) and I took a very frustrating ride without being able to stop on my floor. Then I asked the receptionist and she acted as if it was pretty common knowledge which made me feel stupid even though I have stayed in plenty of hotels. My sheets kept sliding off the mattress!

"Surrounded area is nice but definitely came with a high price"

Room was nice - free games on tv- shower was nice sized - bed was comfy- pool table in lobby

Pillows were almost too soft and my neck felt stiff because I had to stack so many to not lay right on bed like a board - never really saw anyone for towels so we just used the same ones each day No pool which was a little sad but was okay
