"Was ok for somewhere clean to lay your head, but was rooms are too clinical and breakfast was awful. Won’t be back for $"

Nice staff, clean and good location.

Rooms very bare and not nice to spend time in. Breakfast was shocking. Nothing being replenished, toaster didn’t work, very bad breakfast for a Hilton. I get this is an express stay place for for near on $200 a night I expect a good breakfast

We were at the Tru for 6 night and They never came to clean are room once . I had to message the desk to get towels and pillows .

"good room. pet fees too high $83.06 for one night stay."

clean. bed comfortable. breakfast ok. standard. coffee could be stronger.

booking.com had question on pet fee and answer was $30 which is not accurate. when we checked in it was billed to us as $75 plus tax for final total of $83.06. pet fees should be more transparent. was not worth that much of an upcharge. would stay elsewhere when travelling with our pet. these fees are far higher than other places we have stayed.

"Convenient, beautiful clean love all the colors! Not your typical boring colors"

Breakfast was very efficient and organized! Plenty of seating! Having the other beverages and food items for purchase was a wonderful idea! We have a Tru in Auburn Indiana and had never been there! I wanted to know what the TRu hotel was like for my own reference! We will stay in Tru again
