El hotel estaba cómodo y muy céntrico, las camas limpias y muy cómodas

En una de las habitaciones habían bichos y cucarachas, se le informó al personal del hotel y nos dijeron que limpiaron bien la habitación pero los bichos siguieron saliendo, al final nos cansamos de decirle al personal y no nos quisieron cambiar la habitación

El lugar no es el mismo de las fotos, (publicidad engañosa), las toallas eran muy viejas incluso rotas, no había agua caliente para bañarse, la atención es vaga porque no les importa si los demás siguen las reglas o no, del lugar, no hay ni donde poner la ropa
