The food choice needed improving, better choice of fruit available particularity at breakfast, choice of nuts and seeds need to be available, more meat choice, less fish, drinks need to be improved

L'hotel è molto grande e in una splendida posizione. Ci sono tutti i servizi come descritti e la scelta del cibo è varia.

Il personale non è particolarmente gentile e attento.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und insgesamt gut organisiert. Die Anlage war sauber und das Hotel insgesamt angenehm. Zimmer und allgemeine Ausstattung waren in Ordnung und der Aufenthalt war insgesamt entspannend. Ich komme gerne wieder zurück.

Verbesserungsbedarf sehe ich beim Service und beim Umgang des Personals mit den Gästen. Teilweise hatte ich den Eindruck, dass ausländische Gäste deutlich mehr Aufmerksamkeit und besseren Service erhalten als marokkanische Gäste. Ein professioneller und gleicher Umgang mit allen Gästen würde das Hotelerlebnis deutlich verbessern. Gerade im Hospitality-Bereich sollte jeder Gast dieselbe Wertschätzung erhalten.

Excellent food and service from all staff especially from Yassine and Imad in la culina dining. The lady who cooks the morning omelettes also deserves a mention. Property is kept very clean Good availability of sunbeds

We asked the hotel to help us with a taxi and messaged via booking.com. I was contacted by WhatsApp thereafter to confirm but the taxi did not turn up on arrival. We also requested 2 singles on booking and followed up the request but was initially offered a double then king. Finally was given another bed in room. This took a while to sort out and should not have been necessary.

Demande d’avoir un lit double confirmé lors de la réservation mais non respectée. Le soit disant repas traditionnel marocain à la carte, n’est qu’un repas avec un guitariste seul sur une énorme scène et aucun choix de plat. Repas expéditif en 1h c’était fini.
