Great location and amenities in this self catering apartment. Easy to get to but confusion over parking. The check in staff said parking wasn’t an option but the web page said it was. In the end we parked on the road (Residents only) and moved it into the nearby car park early doors.
Information in the email contradicted reality. The key drop off location had moved. There was a key drop box at the property but it was unclear if this could be used.
Phoned in advance and collected keys from an office about a mile from the property . Could be more convenient and also it’s not well signposted however lady in office very helpful in person and told me about car parking near the property . Location okay . Walk into Plymouth . Was at top of flats so quite a few stairs to go up and down . Bedrooms lovely . Comfortable beds . Bathroom had shower and hot water . Some soap and shampoo and hairdryer . The kitchen / dining / lounge area clean but basic . Had tea making which is all we used . Had a TV with channels but we went out both evenings . It looks nicer in the pictures nonetheless clean and there was washing up liquid and cloths to use . Would I stay again ? Probably not . I would prefer nicer living area, bigger windows and not so many stairs however that’s just me being fussy !
Apartment 5 needs some maintenance. Broken window, blown light bulbs. Frayed carpet and stained. Damaged freezer and pubic hairs in the bathroom Great view though.
